      It has already been three weeks into the semester. It is unbelievable because it feels like I'm racing against time. I worked with the writing center this week. It was very interesting to learn about how English plays a row in peoples personality and choice of words. We discussed and compared different styles of English used around the world. I was able to relate to most students in this group because three years ago I wasn't able to construct sentences in English but now I'm able to do that because I have spent time developing my writing skills.  In My business law class, I wrote my first article. The article was about parental leave. It turns out that women received six weeks of maternity leave whereas, men only received two weeks of leave and they were paid less than women. men found this to be unfair and considered it as discrimination against men.
