    There has been a lot going forward. It has been a great experience. This week has been very interesting for me because I worked the Gala on Thursday. Despite the fact that we had a couple of miscommunications we were able to find common ground and understand that it definitely happens. It was really important for me because it proved how much of a great team we are and how well we can work together.

     In my business communication class this week we learned about leadership roles in the workplace and how it is great for good leaders to be good listeners and patient. In order to be a good leader, you have to be able to show how well you can handle yourself under pressure and how easy it is for you to be flexible in situations where you drastic changes.
